The people who plan your meals
Doctors, clinical nutritionists and weight management coaches work as one team on your plan, so the advice on your plate matches the advice on your reports.

Meet the team
After your first consultation you can ask for a coach by language, specialisation or schedule, and switch at any time.
How a coach earns a place on the team
Qualifications get a coach through the door. Training and review keep your plan safe once they're working with you.
A degree in nutrition or dietetics
Every coach holds a recognised degree in nutrition, dietetics or clinical nutrition before they join.
Training in how we plan
New coaches learn to build plans around Indian home cooking, read blood reports and coach habits, not just hand out meal lists.
Supervised first members
A senior clinical nutritionist checks a new coach's plans before they reach members.
Regular case reviews
Coaches review cases with senior nutritionists and our doctors. Members with PCOS, diabetes or thyroid work with a disease management expert.

All articlesWhat we hold ourselves to
We plan for the long run
We design plans to keep weight off for good, not to hit a number before a wedding and bounce back.
We stay close
Your coach checks your progress every week and is a message away when a day doesn't go to plan.
We follow the science
Every plan blends nutrition with behaviour change, so you build a calmer relationship with food.
We listen first
Your feedback changes your plan. If something isn't working for you, we change it.
We're honest with you
We tell you what's realistic, what a plan costs and when you need a doctor rather than a diet.
We start from empathy
Every body and every family kitchen is different. Your plan starts from your life, not a template.

Why Arjun started Bites Of Wellness
Arjun Mehta struggled with his weight from childhood. He tried program after program, and each one ended with the weight coming back.
He left his corporate job to study for a master's in nutrition, worked with hospitals and fitness centres, and then coached people on his own. Bites Of Wellness grew out of that work: plans built on the food people already eat, with a coach who stays with them.
