Lose it with Coach Arjun in 100 days

Our head coach put on 30 kg on purpose to show that anyone can lose weight with the right guidance. Now he's losing it over 100 days, in public, on home food. Follow along, or do the challenge with him.

What the 100 days look like

Four phases, each with one job. You eat the food your family cooks the whole way through, with no powders and no crash days.

  1. Days 1–14

    Set your starting point

Take your measurements, work out your macros and get a first plan built around your own kitchen. The focus is portions, water and sleep.

  2. Days 15–45

    Build the base

Protein at every meal, a daily step target and three short home workouts a week. Your plan changes each week from your check-ins.

  3. Days 46–80

    Get past the plateau

When the scale slows down, your coach adjusts calories and workouts. You also plan ahead for festivals, weddings and meals out.

  4. Days 81–100

    Make it stick

Move towards maintenance calories and settle the routines you'll keep once the challenge is over.
